OUR STORY

Jenny and Logan went on their first date in May of 2021, but they technically first met at Trinity High School sometime between 2003 and 2007. Despite being in a small graduating class, Logan and Jenny never exchanged anything other than a polite greeting. Thanks to COVID, Jenny and Logan happened to reconnect in Camp Hill, PA close to 15 years later!

After 5 months of friendship and just as Jenny was moving to LA to begin the return-to-office at Disney, they decided to try a long-distance relationship. Two years, hundreds of video calls, and dozens of cross-country flights later, Logan took Jenny to their signature date night spot in Camp Hill (Dave & Buster’s for Buck Hunter). After they got back to his apartment for a glass of wine, Logan popped the question, and the rest is history!

We’ve shared many adventures together and made incredible memories alongside our wonderful friends and families (all of you!). We are really looking forward to starting our next adventure together and are so excited to share this day with you! Hope to see you there!

FUN FACTS

  1. Logan and Jenny initially bonded over their love of NFL, hiking, bourbon, games and word puzzles.

  2. Thanks to her time in Seattle, Jenny’s a big Seahawks fan. Logan grew up an Eagles fan. Thankfully, they’re not in the same division (though they are in the same conference), so it hasn’t caused any rifts in the relationship (yet).

  3. Logan and Jenny were born just 1 month and 2 days apart! Logan’s birth made the news because he was born as the 8th person in his family, at 8lbs 8oz, on 8/8/88 .

  4. Jenny’s matron of honor, Steph, and maid of honor, Kelly, both had homeroom with Logan during all four years at Trinity high school. Strangely enough, Jenny was friends with Logan’s best man and younger brother, Quintin (but, again, not with Logan).

  5. Logan and Jenny’s first trip together was to a friends’ post-COVID wedding celebration in NYC in October 2021. If you see Amy and Miles at the wedding, you can thank them & their friends for all the times they asked the (now) couple why they weren’t dating at that time!

  6. On the night that Jenny was going to meet Logan’s parents for the first time, she was so nervous that she dented both her parents’ and her “aunt and uncle”’s (the Dittmans) cars when she was pulling out of the driveway.

  7. In April 2022, Logan and Jenny went to Seattle to visit Jenny’s old stomping ground and hike to Lake Colchuk. Logan is a geologist and loved the granite rocks of the Cascades he found along the hike, so he picked up a “few.” When it came time to fly back to the east coast, Logan was pulled aside by the TSA and questioned for carrying so many rocks in his bag.

  8. By the time Logan moved to LA, he and Jenny had played 250 games of online scrabble (Word Chums) and countless hours of online Mario Party and Mario Kart as a way to stay connected.
